VisitNote app for iPhone and iPad

Hermes VisitNote App gives healthcare service provider access to enter Day/Home Visit Note into the Hermes EMR for I/DD program clients.

After initial login, Hermes VisitNote can be used both online and offline. Use the SyncData function to upload data entered to the Hermes EMR, when online.

Hermes EMR is a complete Electronic Health Record system developed by Z-Geoinfo Inc. for its clients. This App is only for use by persons with a valid user credential set up via the Hermes EMR Portal and enabled for mobile access.

All operational questions should be directed to the organization running the Hermes EMR.
